5. Returns Policy

We provide a 14 day money-back guarantee from the date of dispatch, on all our products, unless stated otherwise. We will issue a refund once we have received and checked the goods. Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging their own return of goods, and there will be a handling charge of £5.00 per order.

i.  Send an e-mail to info@kurtashop.com stating your order number, item that is being returned and reason for return.

ii.  Send your goods back to us unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please include your name, order number and a valid contact number with your return(s).

6. Exchange Policy
Kurtashop is happy to exchange goods up to 14 days from the date of dispatch. 

i. Send an e-mail to info@kurtashop.com stating your order number, item that is being returned and reason for exchange.

ii. Send your goods back to us unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please include your name, order number, replacement item reference and valid contact number with your return(s).

iii. Note that we are not liable for any postage costs for exchanges.  Please include a method of payment for postage and packaging costs i.e., a cheque/postal order for £4.25 (for UK customers only) made payable to “Kurtashop Ltd”.
